Greetings from Bryon, a young pup who loves people and has a real talent for lap-warming and snuggling. Wherever you are, that's where I'll be. And when you're busy, I'll stay close, entertaining myself with toys and chewies (antlers being my favorite). I'm potty-trained and willingly go in my crate at night or whenever you can't keep an eye on me. I also have excellent leash manners, and long walks are one of my favorite activities. By the way, if you're into running/jogging, I'll make a terrific partner, and the miles will go faster with me by your side. Over the past few weeks, my foster mom has been taking me to training classes and says I'm exceptionally smart (in addition to being unbelievably cute). I already know several commands-sit, down, stay, come-and am looking forward to continuing my training with you. It's a lot of fun, and I promise to be a fast learner and work hard to make you proud.
I do have some issues with small dogs and cats and would do best as an only dog or a sibling to a larger, friendly dog. Also, my puppy behavior may be too much for younger kiddos, but I'll do fine with teenagers. Finally, I would so enjoy having a fenced yard to explore and play in-not a requirement, just a wish. Do I sound like the pooch you're looking for? Then please fill out an adoption application right away, so that we can start our life together!
Paws and kisses,
If you'd like to adopt this dog, please get started by filling out a complete application (incomplete submissions cannot be sent.) Please note that while we take time to learn as much as we can about each dog in our care as possible, our bios are written from current observations. Though we do our best to share as much information as possible about each dog we care for, we are unable to make any guarantees on the future health or temperament of your adopted dog. Most dogs in our care come with unknown pre-rescue history, and information pertaining to breed and age are often educated guesses.
When you adopt a dog, you're not buying a pet. Your donation isn't a fee for your adoptee - it's a gift that helps us pursue our mission, save lives, and ensure we can provide care to all the dogs in our program.
