Howdy, pals! My name is Coal, and I am going to be your best gift ever if you decide to make me a part of your family! I am a playful, happy young dude who gets along with everyone I meet: people of all ages (including kiddos!) and dogs of all sizes - in fact, it would be a big bonus if you had another doggie with whom I could hang out and play. I would also love a fenced yard because I am still working on my leash-walking skills, and I enjoy freely running zoomies around in the fresh air. My other favorite activities include playing with my toys and friends, snuggling, and eating. My adopters will need to sign me up for training classes (an FTF requirement for all young pups like me), and I think we will have great fun at them: between my big brain and food motivation, I am confident we will be top of our class! If you are on the look out for a fun, affectionate best furry friend, I am the boy for you!
If you'd like to adopt this dog, please get started by filling out a complete application (incomplete submissions cannot be sent.) Please note that while we take time to learn as much as we can about each dog in our care as possible, our bios are written from current observations. Though we do our best to share as much information as possible about each dog we care for, we are unable to make any guarantees on the future health or temperament of your adopted dog. Most dogs in our care come with unknown pre-rescue history, and information pertaining to breed and age are often educated guesses.
When you adopt a dog, you're not buying a pet. Your donation isn't a fee for your adoptee - it's a gift that helps us pursue our mission, save lives, and ensure we can provide care to all the dogs in our program.
