Emerie is ready to find her forever family through Fetching Tails Foundation! This sweet, loving puppy is full of personality and has so much potential. She's dog friendly and absolutely adores playing with other pups. Because she's still young and can be a bit in-your-face during play, she'd do best with a playful companion rather than a senior dog or one who's easily overwhelmed.
She is still working on her potty training, but her foster is committed to taking her outside frequently, and she's learning more each day. Crate time isn't her favorite-if she knows she's supposed to go in, she'll try to hide-but once inside she settles in safely. She isn't destructive, though she may bark or whine until she relaxes. While she hasn't been around children yet, her foster believes she'd be friendly with them.
Emerie has a medium-to-high energy level and thrives on daily exercise, zoomies in the yard, or having a playful dog friend to keep her entertained. She loves enrichment toys like lick mats and snuffle mats, and interacting with other dogs brings her so much joy. Because she's timid with people at first, a patient adopter and a home with another confident dog and a yard would help her continue to blossom.
Emerie may start off shy, but once she feels safe, her sweet, affectionate nature shines through. She's a wonderful puppy with a bright future, and she's so ready to find the loving home she deserves.
