Looking for a friendly, fun-loving Fella? Here I am! I'm a handsome, super sweet pittie-mix prince - estimated to be about 2 years old and 60 pounds - who is available for adoption through Fetching Tails Foundation. My foster mom says I am a good mix of active goofball and cuddly. When I'm in a playful mood, I enjoy chasing my tail, playing with all the toys and bones I can get my paws on, and running some zoomies. Once I am all tired out from our fun and adventures, I am a pro snuggler and will make myself at home next to you on the couch. Because of my mouthy play style I would do best in a home with children who are older (10+) while I work on my manners and learn more appropriate ways to play. I get along with other dogs with the help of slow introductions and time to get to know each other, but no kitty cats for me, please.
As a young guy, I need a family who will commit to continuing training with me so I can be the best Fella around! I'm potty trained and love my crate; I do fine in my personal man cave while my foster parents are at work during the day and sometimes I even take my toys and go rest in my crate without prompting! I am a talker so I would prefer a single-family house without shared walls instead of an apartment or townhouse, and a fenced yard that I could enjoy would be a big bonus! I'm working on basic commands including sit, wait, stay, and down, and I would love to learn even more with you by my side. I aim to please my people and just need some guidance and structure to thrive. Do you think I could be the goofy and loving Fella for you? Please get in touch with my friends at Fetching Tails soon! I can't wait to meet you!
Kisses and cuddles,
If you'd like to adopt this dog please get started by filling out a complete application (incomplete submissions cannot be sent). Please note that while we take time to learn as much as we can about each dog in our care as possible, our bios are written from current observations. Though we do our best to share as much information as possible about each dog we care for, we are unable to make any guarantees on the future health or temperament of your adopted dog. Most dogs in our care come with unknown pre-rescue history, and information pertaining to breed and age are often educated guesses.
When you adopt a dog, you're not buying a pet. Your donation isn't a fee for your adoptee - it's a gift that helps us pursue our mission, save lives, and ensure we can provide care to all the dogs in our program.
