Ahhh-wooooo! That is beagle speak for "hi, new family!" My name is Frank the Tank, and I'm a playful, fun-loving guy who dreams about a forever home with a securely fenced yard and another active doggie friend with whom I can run around and play zoomies. I can be shy with adults while I get to know them, but I thrive and find my confidence with a dog pal to follow. I hope for kind, patient humans who will give me time to come out of my shell; I have a sweet personality and think I would be fine in a family with children old enough to understand I might take a bit to settle in. I love playing with toys and being silly with the other doggies in my foster home. I would prefer my future fur siblings to be bigger than me too. I'm already potty and crate trained, and am eager to attend training classes with my forever family so I can put my brain to work and work on my socialization skills. If you are looking for a spirited, spunky furry friend who is ready to shine, please fill out an adoption application soon so we can get our life of comedy started soon!
If you'd like to adopt this dog, please get started by filling out a complete application (incomplete submissions cannot be sent.) Please note that while we take time to learn as much as we can about each dog in our care as possible, our bios are written from current observations. Though we do our best to share as much information as possible about each dog we care for, we are unable to make any guarantees on the future health or temperament of your adopted dog. Most dogs in our care come with unknown pre-rescue history, and information pertaining to breed and age are often educated guesses.
When you adopt a dog, you're not buying a pet. Your donation isn't a fee for your adoptee - it's a gift that helps us pursue our mission, save lives, and ensure we can provide care to all the dogs in our program.
