Hi friends! My name is Hazy, but I promise a life with me will be all clear eyes and full hearts! I am a southern belle who made my way to FTF all the way from Texas, and I have a sweet personality as big as my origin state. I get along great with other doggies, and think it would be a big bonus to have a canine companion to play with in my forever home. I would also do fine in a home with older children. I am very eager to learn and would thrive with adopters who will sign me up for training classes where I can socialize and master fun skills. I love working my brain and already know a few commands including sit, touch, and leave it so I look forward to learning even more!
I have a medium energy level: I am generally calm most of the day, but enjoy a good game of zoomies in the morning so I would love a fenced yard where I can get my run on and burn off my silliness. My other favorite activities include going for walks, getting belly rubs, and chewing on kongs or bones. I am potty trained and will go to the door when I need to do my business, and do fine resting in my crate when my foster parents leave the house for work or errands. I am a young girl with simple requests: a family that will love me and continue to help me blossom into the confident girl I am meant to be. If that sounds like you, I hope you fill out an adoption application soon!
If you'd like to adopt this dog, please get started by filling out a complete application (incomplete submissions cannot be sent.) Please note that while we take time to learn as much as we can about each dog in our care as possible, our bios are written from current observations. Though we do our best to share as much information as possible about each dog we care for, we are unable to make any guarantees on the future health or temperament of your adopted dog. Most dogs in our care come with unknown pre-rescue history, and information pertaining to breed and age are often educated guesses.
When you adopt a dog, you're not buying a pet. Your donation isn't a fee for your adoptee - it's a gift that helps us pursue our mission, save lives, and ensure we can provide care to all the dogs in our program.
