BIO:
Will you be my loving forever family? I'm Lacie, and I am a sweet girl who would love to snuggle up with patient, devoted humans who will help me come out of my shell and blossom into the happy, confident girl I am meant to be. Although I can be shy, my foster momma says I have made great strides already and am learning all about how fun the world can be thanks to her encouragement. I've quickly learned, for example, how comfy a couch is and love to lounge like a little couch potato! I also enjoy sunbathing in the yard (a fenced yard would be a big bonus!) and following around the other dogs in my foster home. I adore other dogs and would love to have a canine buddy in my forever family who will help show me the ropes of my new life.

I enjoy being near my people - I don't beg to be the center of attention and am just happy to be close - and think I would do fine with older children who understand I like a calm environment while I settle in and feel safe. Once I am comfortable, I even enjoy snuggles on your cozy lap! I am already potty and crate trained; I will thrive with training classes to continue to work on my confidence and socialization skills so my adopters will need to sign me up for them. Classes will be a great opportunity for us to strengthen our bond and I am looking forward to seeing how much I can learn with you by my side.
