BIO:
Awoooo! That is beagle speak for "I'm a beautiful babe looking for a lifetime of love!" My name is Lani, and I am a lovely, demure gal who is keeping my paws crossed for a patient family that will help me blossom into the confident hound doggie I am meant to be. I can be shy at first with new people, but I enjoy pets and affection once I know you are my friend. I absolutely adore other dogs so my ideal forever family will include another doggie who will enjoy lots of playtime and can show me the ropes of my new life. However, I need a home without kitty cats because I am want to chase them too much. I would also prefer any children to be older so they understand it might take me a little time to settle into my new home. I will thrive with human that will sign me up for training classes; it will be a great bonding experience for us and I think it will help me come out of my shell. I am working on potty training and am already crate trained (I consider it my safe space!) I am a soulful, sweet pup who would love nothing more than a family who will show me just how good life can be with a forever family. If that could be you, I hope you fill out an adoption application soon!
If you'd like to adopt this dog, please get started by filling out a complete application (incomplete submissions cannot be sent.) Please note that while we take time to learn as much as we can about each dog in our care as possible, our bios are written from current observations. Though we do our best to share as much information as possible about each dog we care for, we are unable to make any guarantees on the future health or temperament of your adopted dog. Most dogs in our care come with unknown pre-rescue history, and information pertaining to breed and age are often educated guesses.
