Hi there! My name is Moon Pie and I am a beautiful pittie/bulldog mix princess who is available for adoption through Fetching Tails Foundation. I have a big personality that will keep you entertained: I am smart, funny (my piggy snorts and grunts will keep you laughing, for sure!), strong-willed and a social butterfly who loves to be around my people. I am generally laid-back and enjoy lounging around, but also have cute bursts of playful energy and would love a big toy box at my forever home so I can pick out the perfect prize with which to entertain myself. I would do best in a quieter home without kids or cats. I get along with other dogs - I can be barky when I first meet new friends (I just like to talk, what can I say?) My favorite activities include going for long walks, playing with toys (I love squeaky ones!), sunbathing on the deck in our yard, and watching the world from my comfy dog bed by the windows or the couch.

I have pretty lovely manners, as well. I'm potty trained, and as a proper lady I prefer the privacy of my own yard when I need to poop. I am crate trained, as well, though I don't really need to be because I will find my favorite spot on the couch and nap until you return. When on adventures outside of the home, I am good (though a little strong) on a leash and am well-behaved during car rides since I love to look out the window as the world passes by! I am a sweet, sassy doll who would do great with a human who wants an exercise buddy for long walks (I can go about a mile a day with my foster momma!) as well as a loving, devoted companion for quiet nights at home. What are you waiting for? You know you wanna fill out that adoption application!

If you'd like to adopt this dog, please get started by filling out a complete application (incomplete submissions cannot be sent.) Please note that while we take time to learn as much as we can about each dog in our care as possible, our bios are written from current observations. Though we do our best to share as much information as possible about each dog we care for, we are unable to make any guarantees on the future health or temperament of your adopted dog. Most dogs in our care come with unknown pre-rescue history, and information pertaining to breed and age are often educated guesses.
