BIO:
I'm just a gentle soul looking for a loving home! My name is Raegan and I am a sweet, bashful pup with a tender heart and a love for quiet cuddles. The outside world is still very new to me and I tend to seek out a safe hiding spot when meeting new people - but with a little patience and kindness, I transform into a cuddly lap dog who just wants to be held and told I'm a pretty girl! My big sister, Jamie, and I were adopted as young puppies but sadly surrendered after our owners decided our outdoor enclosure was not sufficient for our needs. Fortunately, I am getting a second chance at a bright future and I am starting to learn that humans are not so bad! I'm a big fan of taking snoozies in my dog bed. I see my kennel as a safe space and I especially love to burrow under warm blankets! While I still have some progress to make when it comes to walking on a leash (I preferred to be carried), I do enjoy being outside and you can often find me basking in the sun. Like other young pups, the concept of potty-training is still a bit foreign to me - a fenced-in yard would be perfect for quick breaks and allowing me to safely explore the different scents and sounds. I'm cat friendly and dog friendly, as long as you let me go at my pace. I tend to do best with polite pups who respect my boundaries and give me some personal space - I'll give a little growl if any lines are crossed. Once I perform my full inspection and accept my new dog friend, I'm down for snuggling with the pack. A dog sibling would further help me out of my shell - they could probably teach me a thing or two about how to be a dog! I'm a very loving pup who just needs a little extra time to blossom - I'm confident I can win you over in no time! What are you waiting for? Schedule a time to come meet me today!

If you'd like to adopt this dog, please get started by filling out a complete application (incomplete submissions cannot be sent.) Please note that while we take time to learn as much as we can about each dog in our care as possible, our bios are written from current observations. Though we do our best to share as much information as possible about each dog we care for, we are unable to make any guarantees on the future health or temperament of your adopted dog. Most dogs in our care come with unknown pre-rescue history, and information pertaining to breed and age are often educated guesses.
