Wanna rock? My name is Rockstar, and I am ready to be your handsome superstar for life! I made my way to Fetching Tails after my previous owner passed away, and I would thrive with a dog-savvy adopter who will help heal my broken heart. I get along well with other dogs, but I can be a toy hog and do not like to share them, so I need someone who understands to give me some space and "me time" when enjoying my playthings. I would do best in an adult-only home with no children or kitty cats. My favorite activities include going for walkies (I am great on a leash), and I have nice manners when meeting new people and doggies. I'm potty and crate trained (though I will bark before I settle down for a rest), and also know some commands including sit. Since I can be a talker, I would do best in a single family home without shared walls rather than an apartment/condo/townhouse setting. I am a good listener and am eager to learn, so my ideal forever family will commit to signing me up for training so I can work my brain and fine-tune my manners. I think it will be the first of our many fun adventures, and I look forward to experiencing it with you! Get the tour bus ready and fill out an adoption application soon so we can enjoy the music together for life!
If you'd like to adopt this dog, please get started by filling out a complete application (incomplete submissions cannot be sent.) Please note that while we take time to learn as much as we can about each dog in our care as possible, our bios are written from current observations. Though we do our best to share as much information as possible about each dog we care for, we are unable to make any guarantees on the future health or temperament of your adopted dog. Most dogs in our care come with unknown pre-rescue history, and information pertaining to breed and age are often educated guesses.
When you adopt a dog, you're not buying a pet. Your donation isn't a fee for your adoptee - it's a gift that helps us pursue our mission, save lives, and ensure we can provide care to all the dogs in our program.
