Kristina
Animal Care Coordinator
Kristina is the Animal Care Coordinator for FTF! She has grown up around dogs all her life and loves all animals (except snakes), she even has her own bird Cookie. Kristina fell into the rescue life randomly and because her mom is Co-founder Doreen. She was asked to foster a lab Mollie and just took off from there. Now she could not imagine life without rescue like her mom.
When Kristina isn't doing around the clock care for our dogs in our care she enjoys her time hanging with her friends, family, and her dog Mia. She loves watching horrible reality TV and watching her beloved Boilermakers and Chicago Bears.
Fun Furry Fact
Kristina made her love for dogs into a part-time gig dog walking and pet sitting! She loves black lab/pit mixes and chihuahuas the most, that is what you will mostly find in her home for fosters. She even foster failed a senior long hair chi named Betti.
