BIO:
Are you a coffee lover who needs some extra pep to get moving in the morning? My name is Espresso, and I am ready to be the happy, fun friend who gets your days started right! You will love running your hands through my feathery, mocha-colored fur when you wake up, and then we can have a great time on a long morning walk to get our exercise. I am a sweet, smart boy who is simply happy to spend time with the people I love and playing with my friends. I get along with other doggies, and can entertain myself with all the toys I can get my paws on. Since I have spurts of exuberant energy, I think I would do best with older children. And did I mention that I am a smartypants? I am fully potty trained, crate trained, and have already learned a bunch of commands including sit, come, lay down, and shake paws! I would do best in a home without shared walls (so no apartments/condos/townhouses, pretty please!) because I like to use my singing voice, and I would also thrive with continued training so my adopters will need to agree to sign me up for some. If you are looking for an active, attentive best furry friend, please fill out an adoption application and tell my Fetching friends you would like a very good Espresso!
If you'd like to adopt this dog, please get started by filling out a complete application (incomplete submissions cannot be sent.) Please note that while we take time to learn as much as we can about each dog in our care as possible, our bios are written from current observations. Though we do our best to share as much information as possible about each dog we care for, we are unable to make any guarantees on the future health or temperament of your adopted dog. Most dogs in our care come with unknown pre-rescue history, and information pertaining to breed and age are often educated guesses.
