Lynn is a sweet and sensitive young pup, ready to find her forever home. She lives up to her breed, as we did a DNA test and she is 100% Great Pyrenees! She can be shy and unsure at first, but once she feels safe, her playful and affectionate personality shines through. Lynn loves to romp, dig, and zoom around the yard, then happily settle in for a nap or chew on a bone. She is a relationship-focused dog who bonds deeply with her people and will be a loyal, loving companion.

Lynn enjoys the company of other dogs and loves rough-and-tumble play as well as running with canine friends. She coexists calmly once playtime is over, though she sometimes needs a gentle reminder when her buddies are ready for a break. She would do well with a calm, confident dog in the home to help her continue learning. Cats, however, are not a fit for her-she finds them overwhelming and would do best in a cat-free home.

This smart girl is potty-trained because of consistency and routine. She does great following a schedule and responds well to positive reinforcement. A fenced yard would help her continue to succeed, since leashing up is still a little stressful for her. Lynn is also crate trained and settles quickly with a toy or chew, staying quiet and comfortable whether her people are home or away.

Because Lynn can be anxious and be a bit mouthy and jumpy at times, she would do best in an adult-only home or with older, dog-savvy children. She is an energetic pup who enjoys fetch (she'll even toss the ball for herself!), tug-of-war, puzzle toys, frozen Kongs, and rolling in the grass. She already knows a few basic commands like sit, down, and shake, and she loves learning new things.

The ideal home for Lynn will be quiet, structured, and patient. She will thrive with people who are committed to helping her continue to build confidence at her own pace and who will provide her with positive reinforcement and guidance. She needs a family that will respect her space during meals and treat times and understand that her worries about food and handling come from a place of anxiety, not stubbornness.
