Meet Nessarose! Straight from the land of Wicked, Nessarose is here to prove that the sweetest kind of magic comes with four paws and a wagging tail. While she shares her name with Elphaba's sister, this little pup is writing a story all her own-one filled with adventure, curiosity, and endless love.

At just 3-4 months old and around 15 pounds, Nessarose is a happy, high-energy puppy who is always eager to explore the world around her. Every leaf, toy, and new scent is an exciting discovery. She's independent enough to entertain herself but never turns down affection, especially when it comes in the form of belly rubs. Her favorite thing? Rolling onto her back in the grass, patiently waiting for someone to stop and give her tummy some love.

Rescued from a southern Illinois shelter, Nessarose is embracing her second chance at life. She's crate trained, sleeps through the night in her kennel, and is making wonderful progress with potty training. Like any young puppy, she thrives on consistency and does best with frequent potty breaks after naps, playtime, and time spent in her crate.

Nessarose is great with other dogs and enjoys having friends to romp around with. She's already learning her basic manners and knows sit and kennel up-especially when a tasty treat is waiting as her reward. She's a smart, eager puppy who will continue to blossom with positive training.

After a day full of adventures, this little explorer is more than happy to curl up beside you or climb into your lap for some well-earned snuggles. Because she's still a playful puppy learning the ropes, a home with older children would be the best fit.
