This sweet 10-year-old is the definition of a loyal little shadow. He peacefully coexists with other dogs but isn't interested in playing - he's much more of a "I'll just relax over here" kind of guy. Most of the time you'll find him either on the couch next to his person or laying on the floor close by. Wherever you are, that's exactly where he wants to be.
He does enjoy running around the yard chasing squirrels and has a nice little burst of energy when he hears you pulling into the garage - he gets so excited to see his person that he barks like crazy to announce your arrival. It's clear his favorite thing in the world is simply being near his human.
He's potty trained for the most part but has had a few accidents when left alone during a work shift. He hasn't had any exposure to a crate yet and hasn't been around children, so we're unsure how he would do in those situations.
Overall, he's a calm, devoted companion who just wants a quiet home and someone to stick close to. If you're looking for a steady, loving presence who will always be by your side, this senior sweetheart could be your perfect match

Adoption Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age

Have the knowledge and agreement of all adults living in the household

Have approval from owner of the residence (written in lease)

Have a valid ID with current address

Be approved as a suitable adoptive home by Fetching Tails Foundation

Be prepared to make a lifetime commitment
